My condo has hardwood flooring in living room and bedroom. I'd like to replace it with laminate (I have two dogs!). It is a cement foundation. Can you give me a general estimate on cost for pulling up old floor and replacing with new? It's approx. 500 sq. ft. Thank you!

1000 SF town home has old parquet flooring that is coming up and rotting in areas. Entire downstairs of the TH needs to be replaced with something close to the original hardwood flooring upstairs in the circa 65 yo TH. Need an estimate.
